Revelation 3:20 (NLV)
See! I stand at the door and knock.
If
anyone hears My voice
and
opens the door, I will come
in to him and we will eat together.
Take a close look at the door that
Jesus is knocking on. Have you
noticed something
about the door that is different?
It’s missing something…that usually
is on a door.
Well, if you have not
noticed, it’s the door knob. There
is no doorknob.
Jesus is knocking on this door. It
represents the door of your heart.
It represents your life. It’s the
way in to love. His love is the kind
of love
that sets us free from the heaviness
of life. Freedom and deliverance
from the life
you have known from the day you were
born. Maybe a life that has been so
painful, so messed up.
We get to where we are, by
choices....
some are by us or some by others
that have made
those choices for us.
Sometimes our choices are really
good and
bring us into a life that seems
complete, but, there is still a
missing
area that seems that we don't have
all the answers to what we are
looking for.
It's not dependent on what we do or
what we have or who we know.
We are in control of when and who,
we let into our lives. We choose
who we will
open up to and if we are ready to
let the admittance of someone
to infiltrate our lives and be
vulnerable to someone we don’t even
know.
When we let someone into our lives,
it will cause
us to have to receive something we
may not be ready for.
When we open up our lives to anyone,
we always take a risk that our lives
will be
different and that this someone will
cause something new to happen. We
are
moving in to a new area to start a
new relationship with someone. We
aren’t sure
whether we can trust them or allow
them to have a piece of us we aren’t
sure we want to let go of.
In this case, when we hear the
knocking on our hearts...which is
the need to search
for God, we can be sure that this
relationship that will enter in to
your life, will be
one that you can totally trust and
give your whole self to.
This knocking and drawing you feel
is Jesus. It’s Him desiring for you
to respond
to His gentle rapping on your
heart. It’s a thought, sometimes,
that maybe
you need to go to church…sometimes a
search for something that is so
different.
You may feel that you just can’t go
on. You are tired and your sitting
in that
lonely room, rocking away your life,
with no true answers. Wondering if
God could
really love you.
You were born and created to know
God and worship Him with your life.
He created you in your mothers womb
before she even knew you existed.
Psalm 139:13; 15-16
For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mothers womb.
15) My frame was not hidden from
you,
when I was made in secret, and
skillfully
wrought in the lowest parts of the
earth.
16) Your eyes saw my substance being
yet
unformed. And in Your book they all
were written.
The days fashioned for me, when as
yet there
were none of them.
He will never force
His will on you. It’s for you too
choose to let Him into your life.
If you choose to allow Him entrance
into your life, you will never
regret your decision.
It is not about a religious venture
into a denomination. It’s about a
relationship
with a living Savior. One that has
set the stars in the Heavens. A
Savior that started
the rivers to flow, and the waves to
lap the beaches.
He made the mountains and all of
living creation. He formed
you and designed you for His
pleasure and His desire is to love
you like
you’ve never known ever known before
so far.
Please, don’t delay. When you hear
Him knocking at the door
of your heart, just ask him in and
tell Jesus that you can’t do this
life
anymore alone.
Ask Him to forgive you and just
believe that
His sacrifice was for your
salvation, to start believing in
faith and
walking in a new way. This New
Life, will bring you peace that
you’ve never
known and joy that is unthinkable.
Jesus loves you.
Jesus wants for you.
Jesus is drawing you and calling out
your name.
Jesus is waiting for you to open up
the door to
His soft knocking. Your door knob
is on the inside.
Turn it and open up to Him. |

There is only one
way into Heaven.
You cannot get
there by your
own efforts or
good deads.
No amount
of religious
traditions or
church attendance
will do it. No
amount of good-
ness or being
good, will do
it either.
Only One way was
planned from
the beginning
of time, and
it is the answer
to this world
and our lives
here and when
you die.
You have a purpose
and were born
with a plan in
mind by God
our creator.The way of
Heaven has been
bought and paid
for already
and there is
no other way
and by
no one else
but Jesus Christ
our Messiah.
